Satellite Media Tours
With our multi studio set-up, it is no surprise that Beyond Pix has been home to hundreds of Satellite Media Tours (SMT's) over the years. Single or multi-camera, our staff knows the in's and out's of live broadcast, and the specific workings of an SMT. Celebrities, CEO's, doctors and chefs -- we have hosted all types. Our larger studio allows great flexibility. Guests have been interviewed sitting on motorcycles, playing baby grand pianos, or cooking in a full size kitchen.
When you have a major corporate announcement, a high-profile product launch or have something to say that'll interest the viewers, an SMT just might be the best vehicle to get the word out, and promote the company along the way.
Kicking The 3000 Mile Habit
Wouldn’t it be nice to save roughly a couple hundred dollars per year? Well, if you start changing your oil based on your car’s behavior instead of mileage, you can. Americans waste approximately $1,200 over the course of a car’s life by changing the oil prematurely. In fact, automakers have lengthened recommended intervals in recent years, citing improved oil chemistry and engine technology as the reason for changing your oil less. With improved engine and oil quality, 3,000 miles has become the minimum in many cases. In fact, most manufacturers are recommending, five, seven, even 15,000 miles between changes in newer cars.To help sort out fact from fiction when it comes to car maintenance, we have Automotive Expert, James Bell, who can talk about common myths and misconceptions when it comes to changing your oil. James can also show you what oil looks like after it’s been used for 3,000 miles and what motor oil looks like when it’s time for a change.

In this case, that cause is to either land that first job out of college or get that promotion you've been eyeing in your current job.Guy Kawasaki, the author of Enchantment, explains what the "3 Pillars of Enchantment" are, and how to achieve each one of them.
